Account Executive – High Net Worth Personal Lines Location: Hauppauge, NY Work Arrangement: In-office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $110,000–$120,000+ Employment: Direct Hire Experience: 2-5+ years HNW Personal Lines; 1-3+ years supporting $50K+ premium accounts License: Active Property & Casualty Insurance LicensePOSITION OVERVIEWJoin a growing, high-energy insurance team supporting an assigned High Net Worth Personal Lines book of business with accounts over $50K in premium.This is not a sales producer role. You’ll manage and service existing HNW clients while supporting new business quoting, marketing, and binding. You’ll work alongside a senior Account Executive who will provide training and support.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Manage and service an assigned HNW Personal Lines book

• Support accounts with $50K+ in total premium
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions, applications, proposals, and binders
• Coordinate marketing, rating, policy issuance, and renewal processes
• Prepare coverage summaries, certificates, Evidence of Property, Auto ID cards, and related documents
• Conduct high-level client renewal reviews
• Build and maintain strong HNW client relationships
• Work with carrier portals and wholesale brokers on hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines business
• Stay current on HNW products, coverage updates, industry trends, and emerging technology
• Support team members, projects, and process improvement initiativesWHAT YOU’LL BRING• 2-5+ years of HNW Personal Lines experience
• Minimum 3 years working with accounts over $50K in premium
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing
• Experience with HNW carriers including Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One
• Familiarity working with wholesale brokers on Excess & Surplus Lines business
• Strong client service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to learn and utilize agency management systems, carrier portals, and tools such as Scribe
• AMS360 experience is a plus
