What We Offer
- Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000

What You'll Do - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal lines clients.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on client needs.
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations.
- Partner with insurance carriers and clients to support the claims process and provide ongoing guidance.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and round out accounts through consultative conversations.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior account managers and new team members.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For Required - An Active Property & Casualty License required; Virginialicense required within a specified period if currently licensed in anotherstate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products, including homeowners, auto, renters, and umbrella coverage.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex or high-value personal lines accounts.
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience within an insurance agency environment.
