Delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment, the full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls and chats, process policy changes, and assist clients with inquiries related to personal lines insurance policies. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound phone calls and chats from clients and agents, providing accurate policy information and resolving inquiries efficiently Process policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, and other transactions while prioritizing workload to meet service level agreements Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and participate in training to maintain skill proficiency Required qualifications Two years of agency experience in Personal Lines insurance, including homeowners, or equivalent education and experience Active 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred Knowledge of Property/Casualty Insurance operations and policy elements Proficiency with insurance systems and standard office software Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high accuracy under pressure
